If you were unable to come. The seriousness of this depends on the amount of notice you give us. We want to be as fair as possible in this. If for some reason you learned that you are unable to come for the dates that you book we would, do the following depending on the amount of time given. If you gave us at least 6 weeks notice we would either allow you to book for another time without penalty or fully refund your deposit (less any cost of exchange in returning it). Less than 6 weeks to rebook and it would depend on if we are able to rebook the rental. We certainly have no desire charge your group for service you do not use but a last minute cancellation would result in a burden for us and a forfeiture of some of the deposit depending on how we are able to rebook for another tenant.
