Payment Policy:
Rates are in the US Dollars.
Payment is ½ down one month after the reservation is made with the balance due one month prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $100 in advance, by check or money order, is required and is returned after our guest’s departure, once the phone bill has cleared and the house is inspected.
