	Payment Policy: Rates in US dollars. We accept Visa/MC, Discover, American Express. You can hold a reservation with a credit card if you prefer to pay with money orders, cashier's checks or cash. We require a 50% deposit when you make your reservation, balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: 30-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a 20% cancellation fee with a minimum 30 days notice. No refunds are available if less than 30 days notice is given. Travel Guard insurance is available at 7.35 % premium of the total non-refundable amount for cancellations within 30 days of check-in.
	Rules: Different rules may apply to different properties. please inquire about any specific house rules.
	Check In Time: 3 pm Check Out Time: 11 am Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Properties are cleaned after each rental. Renters are expected to tidy up and leave the property similar to how it was found.
