Payment Policy:
Payments are to be made by personal check, cashier's check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. 50% of rental fee is due within 5 days of making the reservation...the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, a refund (less an 18% cancellation fee) will be made when the property is re-rented at the same rate.

Since many of our families elect to stay multiple weeks, we can arrange to have maid service set on a schedule to suit the needs of our guests. Also, we can make arrangements to have any or all lunches and dinners catered at the residence or have party trays or bushels of crabs delivered as well. Why leave such a lovely place !
