Payment Policy:
All rates are in US funds.
Winter (ski season):- $400/night for Weekdays, $500/night for Weekends / Holidays, $2,000 for Full week (7 days)
Spring, Summer, Fall:- $350/night for Weekdays, $400/night for Weekends / Holidays, $1,700 for Full week (7 days)
The "Winter" season runs from the second weekend in December through the second weekend in March
Two night minimum (3 on holidays)
A $150 departure cleaning fee will be added to each bill
A security deposit of $250 is required, and will be fully returned after a post-rental inspection
Payment can be made by sending us a check, or over the Internet by using a credit card (we use PayPal).
