Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 1/2 rent is due within 10 days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless cancel time period is re-rented.

Rules: On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.

The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.

Vacuum & mop floors, Clean Bathrooms, All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.

Remove all sheets & towel and place by washer.

Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.

Leave keys in lock box.
