	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Holiday Nightly: $385.00 Winter Weekend Nightly: $325.00 Winter 3/4 Night Weekend: $300.00 Winter Sun.-Thurs. Nightly: $255.00 Winter 2/3 Night Weekday: $260.00 Winter Summer Nightly: $110.00 Weekend rate 2 night Powderidge : 325.00 per night. A refundable security deposit of $100 is due within 10 days of reservation by check.
	Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled more than 30 days before check-in, your security deposit will be forfeited. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days from check-in, half your rent will be forfeited unless it is re-rented.
	Rules: No Smoking, No Pets.
	Check In Time: 4 pm Check Out Time: 11 am Time Zone: Eastern
