A refundable security deposit of $100 is due within 10 days of reservation by check.

Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled more than 30 days before check-in, your security deposit will be forfeited. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days from check-in, half your rent will be forfeited unless it is re-rented.
