	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Holiday Nightly: $400.00 Weekend Nightly: $365.00 3/4 Night Weekend: $340.00 Sun.-Thurs. Nightly: $300.00 2/3 Night Weekday: $325.00 Summer Nightly: $120.00 A refundable security deposit of $100 is due within 10 days of reservation by check.
	Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled more than 30 days before check-in, your security deposit will be forfeited. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days from check-in, half your rent will be forfeited unless it is re-rented
	Rules: No Smoking, No Pets.
	Check In Time: 4pm Check Out Time: 11 am Time Zone: Eastern
