	Payment Policy: Payment in US dollars only. We accept PayPal, checks. Checks must clear prior to arrival. A small dog is permitted for an additional fee. Please note the weekly special for the summer months.
	Cancellation Policy: Because of Mother Nature we do not offer refunds unless we can fill the space for your requested dates.
	Rules: There is no smoking allowed either inside or outside the house. Garbage must be taken to the garbage house (within walking distance of the house). No illegal activities are tolerated. Additional policies are posted in the house.
	Check In Time: 3:00 PM Check Out Time: 10.00 AM Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

The house will be clean upon your arrival. When you leave, please leave dirty sheets on the bedroom floors, dirty towels on the bathroom floors, and run the dishwasher, leaving dirty dishes in the sink. Garbage is to be taken to the nearby garbage house (to control bears, etc.).
