Payment Policy: All funds in US dollars only.

There is a 3 night min. If you stay for 2 you will still be billed for 3. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the reservation.
A $500 reservation deposit must be paid to schedule and confirm your stay - we cash that as a damage deposit.
Rates do not include WI sales tax 5.5%.

Cancellation Policy: If there is no damage or charges made to the rental we will refund the deposit in full within 10 days after your departure. Refunds are made only if the cancellation is more than 30 days before the reserved time or if we can rent the property again to another party.

Rules: No smoking, No Pets.
