Cancellation Policy:
Upon confirmation, THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF THE RESERVATION. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full if we are able to rent the cabin to another guest during your confirmed time at the same price. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a minimum charge of $25. If we are able to rent the cabin to another guest during your confirmed time at the same price, the balance of your deposit (less the $25 service charge) will be refunded. Last minute cancellations are almost impossible to fill. We rent to guests months in advance, not on the spur of the moment. Last minute cancellations usually result in the guest losing the entire deposit and being held responsible for the balance of the reservation. Conversely, given advanced notice of at least 30 days, we are almost always able to refund 100% of the deposit.
