Payment Policy:
Prices start from £270-£535 per week.
To confirm booking a 1/4 of the total fee as deposit, and the balance to reach us at least 3 weeks before your holiday.
We accept cheques

Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We regret that should you cancel within 3 weeks of your holiday you will be liable for the full amount, therefore we strongly advise you take out appropriate holiday insurance.

Rules:
Booking in time no soooner than 3.30pm
The property to be vacated before 11.00am on day of departure.
Please ensure that the property is left as found clean and tidy. All cleaning materials and vacum are supplied.
