	Payment Policy: BOOKING CONDITIONS DEPOSIT A deposit of 1/3 of the total to be paid on booking (written confirmation and receipt sent by return of post or email). Please make cheques payable to L. Williams. BALANCE Please pay the balance on arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION If we can re-let you will receive a refund less £5 administration charge. If we cannot re-let: - cancellation 6 or more weeks before arrival, you will receive a refund of the deposit less £10 per booked week + £5 administration charge - cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
	Rules: PET OWNERS Please bring adequate bedding and provisions for your pet so that no extra work is involved because of your pet. Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage. ARRIVING AND DEPARTING We ask you not to arrive before 3pm and to vacate around 10am on the day you leave. This is to give us sufficient time to prepare the cottage for the next booking. Thank you.
