This one-level beach front luxury home rests on a high dune, offering fantastic ocean views from the living areas and master suite. Cool watery colors carry throughout the house, offering a sense of serenity and peace. Cathedral ceilings, plantation shutters, white painted furniture, and the open floor plan contribute to the comfortable ambiance. It is wide, sandy, and car free! You can walk for miles without being disturbed...or you can sit all day with your toes in the water thinking of nothing more serious than the beach book in your hands! When you do decide to leave the premises to explore, you have numerous opportunities for adventure. Just a couple of miles from the house, you can spend the day at the Serenata Beach Club with their several pools, work out facility, and great dining opportunities; a couple of miles in the opposite direction will take you to a gorgeous nature preserve, where you can walk or bike among many species of shore and march birds...and learn so much at tht Education Center! If you want to golf, we have about 10 courses within a twenty minute drive, so take your pick! If you want to eat, choose from Caps, The Reef, Aunt Kates, Over the Ditch, or Benitos, all within a 10 minute drive...with dozens more in St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra.
