Payment Policy:
All rates are in US funds.
Credit card accepted.
A Reservation Deposit of $250 is required at time of reservation for stays of one month or less. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in loss of the reservation deposit.
Minimum three nights stay required. Taxes of 7%(GST) are not included. Stays longer than 62 days are exempt from tax. All reservations must be guaranteed in full by credit card, certified cheque, money order or bank wire deposit.
A Damage Deposit will be secured by your credit card for $250.00 and will be refunded upon check-out pending there is not damage to the suite.
