Payment Policy:
*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
* A discount may apply for lower occupancy level. Details on application. Air-conditioning available. Details on request.
* Cots and high chairs available by arrangement (at no extra cost). A complimentary welcome pack is provided - this includes bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, margarine, seasonal fruit, bottled water.
* A deposit of 30% is payable on booking. Half of the remaining balance is payable 3 months before departure and the final balance is payable 2 months before departure. A returnable breakages deposit of GBP£200 is payable before departure. This is refunded on return from vacation. The owners are based in the UK.
