Payment Policy: Payment: * Booking Deposit – 25% of the rental fee has to be paid in order to make the booking (if the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior the arrival the full balance of the rental has to be paid). * Rental Fee – 4 weeks prior to arrival the full balance has to be paid. If the balance is not paid by 4 weeks before arrival then we will consider that the hirer is in breach of the contract thereby canceling the booking, refer to clause 6 below. * Security Deposit – 200 GBP to be charged on arrival by the debit or credit card provided. This will be refunded within 10 days after departure assuming no damage occurred.
