Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or email. A deposit of £100 is payable to secure a booking. Until this deposit is received any reservation made is provisional and may be varied or cancelled without notice. Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance of the booking the guest becomes liable for the balance of the rental. Balance of payment is due 4 weeks before the date of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to re-let the cottage if no payment is received by the due date. In these circumstances the deposit will not normally be refunded. Click here for other Policies
