Payment Policy: Payment can be made in British pounds or Euros. To secure booking reservation a payment deposit of 25% is needed. The 75% balance plus a refundable breakage deposit of £200 to be paid two months before your date of arrival at villa. Bookings placed two months, or later than two months, before your date of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, together with the breakage deposit.
