Payment Policy:
All Rates in US Dollars.
30% - 40% discount for 2 guests between 4th November - 23rd December 2008 1 to 2 weeks.
10% - 30% discount for 4 guests between 4th November - 23rd December 2008 1 to 2 weeks.
To make a firm booking a cheque or money order made payable to BEACHSIDE PROPERTIES for 25% of the rent is required as a deposit, the balance becoming due 6 weeks before the date of the holiday. The reason for this is the difficulty of obtaining flights to the Caribbean at short notice should re booking become necessary.
It is strongly advised that you book your flights at the same time as booking with us.

As we Do not Charge the normal 10% service usually added in the Caribbean, Tipping of our excellent housekeeper is appropriate.
Taxi fare to house is $40 E.C.
