Bookings can be made by contacting the owners by email/phone and then can be secured and confirmed with a 30% non refundable deposit and the remaining 70% balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of rental period.
A security deposit of £300 is required by personal cheque before commencing the holiday or 400 euros taken locally on arrival to cover any serious damage/unforseen costs. This will be refunded shortly after your holiday taking into account any damage/unforeseen costs. Click here for other Policies
