Silent Waters is the perfect property for entertaining.

Payment Policy: Silent Waters consist of 5 individual suites and 1 owner suite with a private pool. Total suites - six (6). Occupancy ranges from 8 to 20 guests. A minimum rental of (3) three suites is required. Rates will range from $12,500 to $45,500 (US$) per week depending on season. * All rates are in US dollars. * Staff gratuities are not included in the rental rate. We recommend 10% of the total rental rate during high season and 15% during low season. Government Consumption Tax: 15 % are excluded. * Rates subject to change without notice.
