Payment Policy:
All Rates in US Dollars.
The security deposit $1,000 is held by credit card.
The first tank of gas for cooking, heating rooms & pool is included.
Extra gas is charged at cost. Electricity cost is included.
Mexico's 5% Hacienda Tax is added to the above prices. There is a $200 per week charge for heating the pool.
