Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
Three night minimum stay, five bedroom minimum.
$135/night per room (Tax Included) June-October.
$225/night per room (Tax Included) from 12/20 - 1/5.
Plus $500.00 refundable security deposit. During Christmas season, there is a eleven bedroom minimum, for a minimum of seven nights. The Villa also has a large two bedroom Suite with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. See the Bedroom Photo Gallery link, and inquire for rates. Cook is available for $70.00 a meal (plus food on an "at cost" basis).
