Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
Tax of 17% is added to all rates. There is a $500 Refundable Damage Deposit required. Outside visiting guests are charged $15pp/day.
There is a no refund policy for all holiday bookings.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. Should you make your reservation 30 days prior to arrival , 100% will be required to validate your reservation.
A security deposit of $500.00 usd will be required on all bookings. If there are no property damages or long distance calls, it will be returned in full within 60 days.
