Payment Policy: A 50% rental deposit is required. Balance due in full 60 days prior to check-in. Payments shall be in check, cashiers checks, money order, or by credit card on-line via the emailed Pay Pal link. For credit card payments: 2.9% credit card fee will be added to the agreed rental amount. Please make all checks, cashiers check or money orders payable to the Landlord/Owner. Dates of rentals are guaranteed when deposit has been received. Rental deposits not received within 7 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation. If you choose to pay by credit card, email me and I will forward you a Paypal link; fill out the required information to submit your 50% deposit. An additional email with your balance due will be sent to you 75 days prior to your check-in date. Rentals with less than 60 days notice require payment in full by Express Mail.
