Payment Policy:
All rates are in U.S. dollars and there are also 12% local fees and a refundable $300 security deposit.
For any last minute specials offered, rentals are for 7 nights or longer.
Maid service is included and is daily except for Sundays and major Mexican holidays.
Also included are all linens including beach towels, and large bottles of purified water are provided.
For payments that arrive more than 45 days in advance we can accept U.S. checks. 21-45 days in advance we can accept U.S. money orders. Payments less than 21 days in advance must be by wire transfer.
Payments from Canada should be in the form or a cashiers check or bank draft in U.S. dollars from a Canadian Bank.
Payments from countries other than the U.S. or Canada are best by bank wire transfer.
