Payment Policy: All rates are in U.S. dollars and there are also 12% local fees and a refundable $300 security deposit. Credit cards are accepted For last minute specials, rentals are normally for 7 nights or longer, but during some seasons we can offer the 20% discount for stays of only 4 or 5 nights. Maid service is included in weekly rentals and is daily except for Sundays and major Mexican holidays. Also included are all linens including beach towels, and large bottles of purified water are provided. Payments from countries other than the U.S. or Canada are by bank wire transfer.
