Payment Policy: Rates are in "US currency". We accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Checks and Bank Wires. 50% of rental amount and a $300 refundable security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Balance due in full 30 days before arrival date. Reservations for Christmas or New Year's weeks require 100% of rental amount and security deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking. PLEASE NOTE: The reservation will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received on time. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. After checkout the condo will be cleaned and a thorough inventory taken before the next guests arrive. Provided there is no more than reasonable clean up and nothing is damaged or missing, a check for the security deposit will be mailed to you within 10 working days. Any damages or lost items will be deducted at replacement cost, which may include but is not limited to labor expense and shipping costs. Locked closets are reserved for the use of the condo owner and are not included in this rental. You as the guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting the condo. Guests are responsible for the condo, its contents, and themselves during occupancy. Guests must lock condo’s windows and doors securely when not on the premises. Rearranging the furniture, using the couches and pillows as beds, or removing any items from the condo is not allowed. Smoking inside, exceeding the maximum occupancy (8), allowing non registered or non approved guests on the property, opening the owners’ private closets and having non approved parties or functions, will forfeit the security deposit and could result in eviction. Lost Keys: $15 USD charge to replace lost keys during reg business hours. After 6 PM the charge is $30 USD and after 10 PM the charge is $60.
