Payment Policy:
All rates are in British Pounds.
The holiday week is from Saturday at 4.00pm to the following Saturday at 1pm. A £100 booking deposit per week is required, the balance payable on arrival. If you are unable to arrive at the agreed time please call us as soon as possible. A £75 breakage deposit per week is also required (paid on arrival). The deposit is usually refunded in full as long as the house is left as it was found, clean and tidy. This deposit is used when breakages / damage occurs or due to excessive oil usage.
Electricity charges not included, usually between £5-10 per week. Oil usage is included, although excessive use will be charged for.
