Payment Policy: All rates are in Pounds (GBP) £199 to £415 for 6 persons - £30 per week extra for use of sofa bed to increase occupancy to 8. For 2 - 4 persons it is possible to close of the twin en suite room upstairs - leaving the 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs at the rental rates above for upto 4 persons. A deposit of £50 per week is required to secure the booking for your preferred dates. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date. The deposit will then be held as a security deposit against damage/breakages or loss of keys. This will be refunded, following inspection, after your stay. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start date, the total is required plus £50 per week security bond. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. Payment by credit card can be arranged at an extra 2% charge. Please ask about discount for bookings of 4 or more weeks. An end of stay clean is included in the price however if extra linen or extra cleaning is required this cost will be passed on. Baby Equipment - cot, highchair, push chair etc available at a small charge. Transfer from Murcia airport available at €35 per car each way
