Splendid Condo at San Carlos Condominium Complex

Payment Policy: A $200 Deposit will hold a reservation. 1st payment 1/2 of total due 60 days prior to arrival. 2nd payment balance due 14 days prior to arrival. A $95 cleaning fee and a $10 parking fee per vehicle will be accessed. As soon as your final payment is received, we will send/call the lock box/key instructions, directions and any parking passes requested. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband. c. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. e. No linens are lost or damaged. f. NO late check-out. g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by My Complex.
