Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
All payments non-refundable unless 60 days cancellation notice received.
Security deposit of $1000 required and 50% rental fee at time
of reservation. Remaining 50% of rental fee & $150 non refundable
cleaning fee due prior to arrival.
Security deposit minus expenses for excessive damages/cleaning
will be returned with 10 days after rental.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
