Payment Policy: The off-season weekday rate is $150* per night and the off-season weekend rate (Friday and Saturday night is $200). The weekly rate is $1000 October through March. (Except holidays (Christmas and New Year). The monthly rate is negotiable.

In high season (April through September, weekday rate is $200 per night and the off-season weekend rate (Friday and Saturday night) is $250. The weekly rate is $1400 for May through September. The monthly rate is negotiable.

For major holidays the weekly rate is $1,600. The rate for three-day holiday weekends is $250 per night.

There is a two-night minimum stay, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75 (1-4 guests) and $100 (5 OR MORE GUESTS)and a fully refundable $400 security deposit.
