Rates depend on season and length of stay. Rates include all utilities except long distance telephone. $250 refundable security deposit required. 50% of first month\'s rent due upon signing of lease. Balance of first months rent do one month prior to occupancy. First month\'s rent, full refund for cancellations made 60 days or more in advance: $150 charge for cancellations made less than 60 days in advance. No refund once lease begins. This is an adult community, one renter must be 55 years of age and no renter under the age of 18. 10% discount for three months or more.
