Small dogs O.K. with owner's permission ($25.00 fee nightly/$100 weekly).
$250 Security Deposit is required - $90 cleaning fee taken out of security deposit. Refund within 10 days after check out based on 30 days or less rental.
This is a smoke free condo lodge (no smoking allowed).
