Payment Policy:
Rates are $200 US dollars per night with a 2 night minimum stay. There is a $40 cleaning fee for one week or less, therefore 2 nights $440, 3 nights $640, 4 nights $840 and so on. The cleaning fee is $40 per week that you stay. Rates begin to offer savings after 2 weeks and are as follows: 2 weeks at $2480, 3 weeks at $3520, 4 weeks at $4400. These prices include cleaning fees and applicable tax. It is $25 extra per night for a 3rd person. There is a 10% discount off the standard rates for singles. We require 1/2 of the total amount as a deposit to reserve the dates you want, this can be paid by personal check, money order or through paypal. The balance of the total is due upon arrival.
