Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US DOLLARS. A Refundable Deposit of $350 is required at time of booking. Rental payments are due at the time of occupancy. During holiday and other busy seasons we will require 50% of rental fee 10 days in advance in addition to deposit. This is not refundable unless we are able to rent the property to another party. Check and cash are preferred methods of payments.
