All funds must be received 45 days before arrival. There is a $150. refundable security deposit, returned within 14 days after your visit. Refundable security deposit holds reservation except for bookings more than 3 mo in advance.
Cleaning fee is $75.
For bookings more than 3 months in advance we need security deposit of $150.00 PLUS 50% of rental amount will hold dates. Balance is due 45 days before arrival date.
