Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
STEP 1 1st Payment: The cost for the down-payment will be either $1045 or 40% of the total reservation cost, whichever is less.
STEP 2 Contract Delivery: After Payment is confirmed, you will be emailed (or mailed if not email is available,) the Contract. Then fax Signed Contract to: 1-831-401-2541 or mail it to aGreatPlaceToStay.net, POB 1171, Capitola, CA 95010
STEP 3 Final Payments (if not paid-in-full at time of reservation:) Rental fees, hospitality tax & fees for any other options must be received 30-days before arrival. Once your payment & the contract has been processed, you will receive an email, confirmation their receipt with Directions & the Combination to the lockbox at the home which has the keys to the home,
Reservation made more than 30 days in advance: After confirming reservation with us, please mail or fax contract and (if not credit card,) method of payment to: aGreatPlaceToStay.Net POB 1171, Capitola, CA 95010
Reservation made within 30 days of arrival: After confirming availability with us, the rental payment must be paid in full with credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card) at time of the reservation & the contact Faxed to 831-401-2541.
