Extra 2nd story furnished studio/loft $59/night .. $375/week .. $975/month.
Deposit for cleaning/damage for main house: $40/night, $150/week, $300/month.
Deposit due in advance and to hold reservation. Deposit for studio is half above.
Deposits are refundable if house is left clean and undamaged.
Pebble Beach View Vacation Rental & Studio apartment are available year-round.
