Payment Policy: 1) A deposit in the amount of $300 is due at the time of your reservation. This deposit is not a portion of the rent. It is for the purpose of reserving the unit and held as a damage-cleaning-cancellation deposit. 2) The full amount of rent, tax and security deposit is due 60 days prior to move in. A 10.5% transient occupancy tax will be charged for all rentals under 30 days. 3) Any payment, which is received, less than 60 days prior to move in must be a money order or a cashier’s check. Personal checks will not be accepted. 4) The security/cleaning/cancellation deposit is fully refundable minus a $75 cleaning fee within 14 days after departure if the unit is left clean and undamaged. Lessor is responsible for all furnished items within and outside the home. An inventory list is provided which you should check upon arrival.
