25% of rent, taxes and cleaning fee due at time of reservation. The balance is due 60 to 90 days prior to check in date depending on how far in advance the reservation is made to check in date. I will be happy to set up a monthly payment schedule for you. Credit card payment available through PayPal. Please call for details and pricing. Refundable security/damage deposit is $500. This check is not cashed until two weeks prior to your check in. September 1 to May 31 - $1950 to $2450 except holidays - $2600 to $3200.

The minimum stay is 4 days - nightly rate is $350 to $450.

Discounts will be made when possible for a small family and for short notice availability.
