Payment Policy:
Rates quoted by us are always all-inclusive, except for our $150 final cleaning fee per stay - you'll have no unexpected charges!
Nightly Rate: $195 - $295.
Weekly Rate: $1300 - $1950.
Monthly Rate: call for quote.
Please note that an optional pool heating charge based upon usage will apply from November 1st to May 31st. An estimation of these charges can be provided upon request, and such charges shall be deducted from the security deposit.
We ask you to sign a rental agreement with our agent and pay a 50% deposit at booking to confirm your dates. The balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
Booking will not be confirmed until (1) the rental agreement has been signed with our rental agent, and (2) the deposit has been received.
Bookings are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.
For bookings that are less than 30 days from arrival date, 100% of the rental cost is to be paid at booking.
Once the rental fee is paid, we will confirm it by email and you will get full instructions and information pertinent to the house and your booking.
A damage/security deposit is also due at the same time as the balance, or 30 days before your arrival date (or at booking time if your arrival date is in less than 30 days). The damage deposit is only required in case of damage to the property or its contents, or for additional charges agreed in advance such as additional cleaning charges, telephone and/or charges for utilities.
