WHAT IS INCLUDED: You bring your own food and sundries. We pay all utilities and have provided basis necessities including pressed linens, towels, pots, dishes and all of the normal items. Our rate includes: unlimited US phone calls, cable TV, High Speed Internet (Cable Modem), Electricity, water, gas, and taxes.
HOW TO PAY: Since you are renting a private home, and not a hotel, the full amount is due at the time of reservation. This assures that we can maximize our investment in the property. You can pay by certified check, PayPal, Money Order or wire transfer.
ACCESS: Once you confirm your reservation we will send the access code for entry and a reservation confirmation.
