A deposit of $500 is required to secure selected dates. 50% of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rentals run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Credit card required for Security Deposit.

For either unit, Saturdays to Saturdays in the summer and 3 day minimum in the winter. A 10% San Diego transient occupancy tax will be charged for rentals of less than 1 month's duration.
