falls on Labor Day, Memorial Day, or 4th of July -- $300 per night weekdays, Sun. - Thurs.
$2000 per week, 7 nights, $1800 per week when rented for the entire month.
A deposit of $200.00 is required on reservation. The rent balance and refundable security deposit of $500, for damages beyond normal wear and tear, are due two weeks prior to check-in. Cleaning fees of $150.00 per week will be deducted from the security fee and the balance will be refunded within two weeks after checkout.
