Payment Policy:
All Rates in US Dollars.
Stays of 2-3 nights required. Changes to dates must be made 30 days in advance of and are subject to availability. Last minute reservations are welcome.
Christmas, New Years, President’s week 4-5 night minimum.
50% of rental fee, cleaning fee, security and pet deposits are due within 5 days of placing the reservation.. Payment in full is required within 14 days of arrival date. Immediate payment via Paypal or overnight express mail is required for reservations placed within 30 days of arrival date.
Nightly rates are below. Departure basic cleaning fee is additional. Pet deposit is additional. Specified additional cleaning fees may be deducted from deposit when necessary.
Christmas/ New Years: Full payment due by November 15.
Local Transient Occupancy Taxes of 10% are additional.
Security/ damage deposit (refundable) -- $500.
Pet deposit (refundable) -- $200.
Non refundable cleaning fee -- $100.
Early arrival, or late departure allowed, schedule permitting with prior notice and approval. If schedule does not permit, $50.00 per hour late departure fee will be charged.
Telephones: Telephones allow unlimited local calls.
