Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Funds.
Reservation rates
Price for rental:- $1200 a night, 3 night minimum
Cleaning fee:- $350
Lake Tahoe Tax:- 10% on the above
Holiday Rates
Thanksgiving:- $1200 a night (3 night minimum)
Christmas week:- $1800 a night (5 night minimum)
New Years week:- $2000 a night (5 night minimum)
MLK Weekend:- $1800 a night (3 night minimum)
Super Bowl Weekend:- $1600 a night (3 night minimum)
Presidents Day Weekend:- $1800 a night (3 night minimum)
Summer Months - June - August
3 night minimum at $1200 per night
Memorial Day Weekend:- $1200 a night (3 night minimum)
July 4th Weekend:- $1600 a night (4 night minimum)
Labor Day Weekend:- $1600 a night (4 night minimum)
Security/Deposit to hold your date: $1000
When payment is due: payment for rental is due two months before your rental date. If your rental is more than 2 months in the future, you can send in the Security/Deposit $1000 to hold your date.
