Payment Policy: Our rates are $180/night for 2-3 nights and $160/night for 4 or more nights. There is a 4 night minimum during the summer months. 2-3 night stays during the summer are considered when booking less than a week before stay or when only 2 or 3 nights are available on the calendar. Rental includes admission to the members only lake in Twain Harte at $5 per person per day. All rates include a cleaning fee and taxes. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for pet cleanup or overly dirty conditions.
