Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
Peak-Season Rates-: April through September and Holidays:-$255 per night for up to 4 guests,$1575 per week (7 nights).
Off-Season Rates-: October through March excluding Holidays-:$195 per night for up to 4 guests,$13400 per week (7 nights).
Rates based on up to 4 person occupancy (small children stay free) Additional guests 15/night.
Two to seven night minimum stay required.
Minimum stays dependent on Season and availability ,Please Inquire.
$250 Security Deposit Required at Time of Reservation , Security deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of departure minus any possible damages and/or extraordinary cleaning fees.
85 Cleaning Fee (don't spend your last day doing laundry!),
11% tax/assessment required on all rates,well-behaved Pets $15 Per night, negotiable - Restrictions DO apply.
